I am glad you are here. Doing self-exploration is a brave act on behalf of yourself. This may be your first time trying therapy, or perhaps you have been in therapy for a while and are looking for something different to help you move forward. You may need support and clarity to help you move through transitions in your life. Or maybe you were surprised by your tears in a yoga class or massage and wondered what else your body is holding. About Me
My passion is working with adults open for support in transforming outdates defenses and untying knots of resistance. I acquired my somatic practitioner certification at the Seattle School of Body Psychotherapy.

I blend my experience and knowledge to support others in finding more choices and freedom in life. In my work, I draw from grounded trauma theory, movement, spiritual journey, contemplation, and action to provide lasting changes in one's life.
